As organizations monitor developments under IEEPA, uncertainty remains—but inaction doesn’t have to.
In this webcast, we’ll provide a concise update on IEEPA, including what it means for importers today and why taking proactive steps—particularly around protest strategy—may be critical to preserving potential refunds.
DISCUSSION OVERVIEW
We’ll explore how organizations can take a smarter approach to global trade spend now by:
• Reviewing historic import entries (value, origin, HS classification)
• Identifying duty recovery and mitigation opportunities (drawback, FTZs, FTAs, Chapter 98, TIB, repairs abroad, and more)
• Implementing structured protest support to protect refund rights
• Aligning compliance controls with cost optimization strategies
While policy evolves, opportunity exists. Join us to learn how to protect downside risk while unlocking smarter trade spend.
