Alba Wheels Up is introducing a supply chain transparency tool powered by mesur.io's automation to address risks and promote adherence to regulations concerning forced labor practices.
WEBINAR CONTENT
The need for transparency in supply chains has become increasingly critical for compliance with CBP regulations. Forced labor enforcement is a major challenge facing companies importing from Asia to the U.S. who are required to comply with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act.
Non-compliance can result in shipment detentions and seizures. The scope of Forced Labor enforcement has expanded beyond Uyghur and importers are faced with demonstrating diligence and reasonable care.
To face these challenges, at Alba Wheels Up we have partnered with Mesur.io, a leader in supply chain transparency and the richest on-demand supply chain intelligence platform in the market.
Throughout this webinar, we will explore the practical application of these technologies as a tool for US importers.
