Vincent Iacopella
EVP Growth and Strategy at Alba Wheels Up
Vince is a licensed Customs Broker and past president of the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association. Vince is Chairman of the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders. In March 2013, he was appointed to the 13th Commercial Customs Advisory Committee for Customs and Border Protection, better known as COAC.
He served on the 14th COAC as Trade co-chair in. While on COAC Vince worked on customs broker regulations, automation of trade data in ACE, and e-commerce, Sec 321 de minimus policy. Vince serves as the Los Angeles Vice Chair of the District Export Council of Southern Council, serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of Governors of the American Association of Exporters and Importers (AAEI).
Vince works externally and within Alba on strategy and initiatives that drive value to mid-market and global customers through this approach. Vince focuses collaboration with US Government agencies, such as the COAC, which allows the trade to influence CBP policy and align it the commercial interests of the private sector, and allows the private sector to align their practices with long term strategic policy of government regulatory agencies.
Adam Dambrov

Mr. Dambrov is an accomplished trade and customs professional with over 30 years of experience helping importers maximize savings, increase compliance, and reduce risk.
Before joining Alba Wheels Up, Mr. Dambrov held positions at GDLSK, KPMG, and Flexport before starting his own consulting firm. This wide range of experiences has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the global trade and customs ecosystem, from the factory floor to the customer door. Mr. Dambrov’s expertise focuses on guiding clients with compliance, duty reduction, and other efficiencies relating to the global cross-border movement of goods.
Mr. Dambrov also helps companies to structure and strengthen their internal policies, procedures, and processes. He is highly skilled in all matters relating to customs, trade, cost saving Initiatives, training programs, antidumping duty Issues, and valuation.
Mr. Dambrov holds a Juris Doctorate from the New York Law School.
